TO BE supports the work of local artists by helping them organize and display their photos, art (digital, oil, pastel, watercolor, calligraphy) & crafts (metal, ceramic, glass) at our Exhibition Hall 2.
Terms & Conditions of Use of Exhibition Hall 2:

The Exhibition Hall is provided free of charge for the whole duration of the event (maximum 5 days). Nominal fees apply if the event is longer than 5 days.

Lights and fans are available without charge.

A deposit of RM 400 is required. The deposit is refundable when the Exhibition Hall, stairs, toilets and furniture are returned in good, clean and well-kept conditions. The deposit will not be refunded in full if the conditions above are not fully met.

A commission of 15 % on each item sold by the exhibitor during the event.

A commission of 10 % on each item sold through our website.

Exhibitors and their representatives will be solely responsible for the safety of their exhibits, including damage and theft.

Air-conditioning will NOT be provided. The Exhibition Hall has good ventilation with the fans on.

Air-conditioning is available on request. Fees of RM 80 per 8 hours.

Exhibitors are required to sign a contract note regarding use of the Exhibition Hall and its facilities.
